During ECCE/ECAB the posters will be presented as following:
The posters will be exhibited during the whole conference duration. Within the virtual exhibition area participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and to contact the posters authors via (video)chat.
For your planning: It will be possible to upload your ePoster in the period 23 August until 03 September 2021. We will send you detailed information as well as instructions on how to upload your ePoster well in advance. If you would like to already prepare your poster, please find the requirements already in the folllowing:
As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster into introduction, results and conclusions, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusions.
For your planning: It will be possible to upload your pre-recorded video (max 2 minutes) from 08 September.
Further, to the ePoster you may also upload a video describing your poster. For the video we recommend you to prepare a ppt (1-2 slides) and record your presentation with a video conferencing tool (example: Zoom). However, you may also present your poster differently – just make sure that the video is limited to 2 minutes and xxx MB.
Details on the video requirements will follow as well.
Additionally to the virtual exhibition there will be some Poster Networking Sessions for each topic within the networking platform wonder.me*. The exact times will be published within the programme and confirmed to you via Email.
Some posters have been selected by the programme committee to give, in additon to the poster exhibition and networking sessions, also a pre-recorded Poster Flash talk within the lecture programme. The Flash Talks are scheduled as 2minutes elevator pitches, following by a networking session within wonder.me*. The alected posters authors have been informed accordingly.
The best posters will be chosen by the participants and be awarded during ECCE/ECAB.
