In oder to participate at the web conference you will need a stable internet connection. The following tools will be used for the conference: Converia Virtual Venue, Zoom (no license needed).
We will send you the link to the Virtual Venue a few days before the conference starts.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Please find the details about cancellation dates and fees in the general terms and conditions. In case of a "no-show", the conference fees won't be refunded and fees not yet paid still have to be paid.
