Please note that the acceptance of your paper is not an automatic registration. We kindly ask you to register online until 15 July 2021. Please note that registration fees cannot be waived for authors.
If you are unable to present your lecture or poster for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
In order to participate at the virtual event you will need a stable internet connection. The following tools will be used for the conference: Converia Virtual Venue, Zoom and wonder.me (no licenses needed).
We will send you all necessary technical information prior the conference. Additionally, we would be happy to check all technical details with you during our Speaker Briefings, which will take place in theperiod 01-15 September 2021.

|Oral presentations||17 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A|
|Discussion Rounds||10 minutes|
All lectures are scheduled for 17 minutes + 3 minutes for Q&A (keynote lectures: 35 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A). Additionally, there will be 10 minutes joint discussion round with all session-speakers in the end of each session. Therefore we kindly ask you to participate during the whole session.
The posters will be exhibited during the whole conference duration.We will send you detailed information on all requirements as well as on how to upload your ePoster within the conference venue by August.
Within the exhibition area participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and to contact the posters authors via (video)chat.
Additionally there will be some Poster Networking Sessions, during which the participants might get in contact and exchange with the poster authors. The exact times will be published within the programme.
Further, some posters will be selected to give a Poster Flash talk within the lecture programme. The posters will be selected by the Scientific Committee until mid of June. The alected posters authors will be informed afterwards.
